- Experienced sampling operators and quality team to make a wide variety of samples with first-time pass capability.
- Enforced appropriate needles & sharp tools policy to safeguard employees and customers from health risks.
- Inline 100% cut panel checking to control garment rejections due to fabric and cutting defects.
- AQL CROSS AUDIT in AQL-1.5 Level-II to control end-line checking failures and achieve a 100% final rate.
- Metal detection machines with a 1.0 sensitivity level and 24-point calibration system to avoid metal/needle parts in finished garments.
