We have sub-contracted a knitting facility of 42 imported machines from Mayer & Cie and Terrot from Germany. Our knitting capacity is estimated to be 12 Metric tons per day of 24 gg, 28 gg, 32 gg and 36 gg with tubular and open width.

DYEING
We have sub-contracted a facility for Dyeing & Processing Mills with the capacity of 10 metric tons, for the past 15 years. It’s AZO free and restricts harmful substances while ensuring best quality and is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified.
SPREADER
We have two automatic spreading machines from Morgan Technica, Italy. Designed with the latest technology, providing the highest efficiency in spreading all types of fabric, it comes with operator flexibility within a computerized system. It has a capacity of 8 MT fabrics spreading per day.
CUTTING SECTION
We have automatic Cutting machines with 2 Spreading machines from Morgan, Italy. It has a capacity of 8MT of Spreading, Cutting capacity of 70,000 pieces per day and Manual cutting capacity of 30,000 pieces per day.
PRINTING
M&R is the finest and the fastest automatic screen printing presses in the industry and the fastest automatic T-shirt screen printing machines in the world. We have three Challenger II and two Sportsman M&R’s versatile, high-production, mid-size automatic screen printing press. It’s available in 10-18 colors. The press includes tool-free front and rear print-stroke adjustment for versatility and exceptionally high production rates along with a heavy duty curing machine.
